Dynamic zoom is the ability of CVS to show information with the most suitable degree of detail regarding scale. For example, at 1:40.000, urban areas appear as red polygons, and the communication network is shown as simple lines.
At 1:15.000, towns are represented as individualized buildings, and main roads are shown as double lines.
Zooming in, at 1:2.000 we can see a big earthwork track, and the plan of an archaeological excavation that has been done on it.
At 1:100, the map reveals full detail of the archaeological excavation.
