The TaskBar library is an ActiveX component capable of showing an icon
on the Windows taskbar and allowing the programmer to respond to
the events generated on it. This way, you can write non-intrusive
applications that nevertheless keep a high degree of interactivity with
the final user.
A single application can instantiate any number of TaskBarIcon objects,
showing and hiding then on the taskbar as needed. It is also possible to
set a text for each one so it appears as a tooltip when the user moves the
pointer over the icon.
You can also process mouse events generated on the icons by the final
user, showing a pop-up menu or responding in any other imaginable way.
