Introduction

1. This document describes the general terms and conditions under which the company "Neco, Tecnologías de la Información, S. L." provides web hosting services to its customers.
2. In general, applying and using the mentioned services implies accepting these terms and conditions.

Applicability

3. The terms and conditions explained thereafter are applicable to all web hosting services that Neco provides to its customers, including (but not limited to) domain request and management, server and network infrastructure rental for webg site hosting, web site management and maintenance, and any other associated task.
4. In addition, the mentioned terms and conditions will be equally applicable in absence of written agreements.
5. These terms and conditions are valid from January 1st until December 31st 2002, and will be automatically extended if no contrary specification is done.

Service Properties

6. Neco provides web hosting services as an Acens authorized agent, so many of the provided services are automatically subcontracted to that organization.
7. For all matters, Neco will charge directly to its customers for the provided web hosting services.
8. Web hosting services will be contracted for at least two natural months plus the resting natural month fraction from the contract date.
9. These services can be cancelled at any time after the mentioned initial period through written request from the customer one month before the cancellation date.
10. Neco will charge its customers the provided web hosting services once a month, except for the first charge, which will include fees for the two initial months plus the proportional part for the resting natural month fraction from the contract date.
11. Domain request and management services will be performed by Neco free of charge, but the customer will pay the applicable fees as established by the correspondent Internet authority. 

Plans

12. Different types of web hosting plans are offered, with different features each:
    • Premier plan. It is a basic plan, based on Unix servers and providing basic services for web hosting up to 75 MB, up to 3,5 GB/month of data transfer, ftp and 10 e-mail boxes under your own domain name.
    • Windows 2000 Pro plan. It is an advanced plan, based on Windows 2000 servers and providing services for web hosting up to 225 MB, up to 8 GB/month of data transfer, ftp, 20 e-mail boxes, active ASP pages and database access through ODBC.
