Introduction
- This document describes the general terms
and conditions under which the company "Neco, Tecnologías de la
Información, S. L." provides support services to its customers.
- In general, applying and using the mentioned services implies
accepting these terms and conditions.
Applicability
- The terms and conditions explained
thereafter are applicable to all supporting and consultancy
services that Neco provides to its customers, including (but not
limited to) setting up, installing, configuring and maintaining
computer infrastructures; consultancy regarding the acquisition or
use of hardware, software or communications infrastructures;
information or procedure automation or organization support; and
training and help auxiliary tasks.
- In addition, the mentioned terms and
conditions will be equally applicable in absence of written
agreements.
- These terms and conditions are valid from January 1st until December
31st 2002, and will be automatically extended if no contrary
specification is done.
Service Modalities
- Three kinds of service are offered
- By subscription. The customer pays Neco a previously arranged
fixed periodic fee.
- By volume. The customer pays Neco depending on the work hours
employed.
- By budget . The customer
pays Neco as stated in a budget arranged for each particular
occasion.
- The service modality must be chosen at
service request time, but can be changed at any latter moment with
mutual agreement.
- In service by subscription, the customer and Neco will agree upon, in
the moment of contract, a fixed periodic fee, the length of that
period, and the maximum volume of service that Neco guarantees to
the client. Any work done over the agreed maximum will be subject
of separate consideration.
- In service by volume, the customer and Neco will agree upon, in the
moment of contract, fees for time worked, trips, and telephone
support, as well as any kind of discounts that could be
applicable.
- In service by budget, the
customer and Neco will agree upon, in the moment of contract, pricing
for budget preparation, both for accepted and rejected budgets, as well as
fees for telephone support.
Telephone Support
- The services described above do not include, in any case, any kind
of telephone support. Any service regarding problem assistance through
telephone conversation will be agreed upon separately.
